SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through Sew Darlin (“we,” “our,” “us”) via www.sewdarlin.com.au. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Processing Times

All products are handmade to order unless otherwise stated as in stock. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before dispatch. Custom or personalised items may require additional time, which will be communicated during the order process.

2. Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship orders Australia-wide via Australia Post or other reputable carriers.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days (depending on location)

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

Please note that these are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays, peak periods, or unforeseen circumstances. Sew Darlin is not liable for any delivery delays once an order has been dispatched.

3. International Shipping

Yes — we do ship internationally. If we ship to your country, it will appear as an available shipping location at checkout.

If your country does not appear, please reach out to us at sewdarlin@outlook.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your order.

Please note that international shipping times and costs vary depending on destination and carrier. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. Free shipping promotions, where offered, will be clearly stated on our Website.

5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at the time of purchase. Sew Darlin is not responsible for lost or delayed parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, redelivery costs will be charged to the customer.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We take great care to ensure our handmade products are of high quality. However, if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at sewdarlin@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: Eligible for repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, custom orders, or personalised products.

  • Condition: Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Return postage for faulty or incorrect items will be covered by Sew Darlin. In all other cases, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
